Identify aerial yoga concepts and vocabulary.
Aerial Sun Salutation variations
Elements of Air and earth reflected into the aerial practice
Yoga Asana on the mat and on the silks
Learn how to make your students feel comfortable in the silks and help them find joy and freedom being upside-down and using gravity to help access asana on the silks.
Learn the mechanics of using the silks in a safe way and make your practice and your students more playful.
Learn rigging and maintenance of the aerial equipment
Learn benefits and contradictions of the practice
Learn modifications and progressions
Restorative practices
How to cue poses and transitions
Create a basic class structure
Assisting students in the air

Attendance of minimum 5 aerial yoga classes
